DEMO FONT HAPSHA SOPHIA LICENSE AGREEMENT

This Demo Font Hapsha Sophia License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and Unatype Font Foundry ("Licensor") for the demo version of the font named Hapsha Sophia.

LICENSE GRANT:
Licensor hereby grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the demo version of the font Hapsha Sophia for personal use only. This license permits you to use the font for personal projects, such as school assignments, personal artwork, or non-commercial presentations.

RESTRICTIONS:
You are not authorized to use the demo version of the font Hapsha Sophia for any commercial purposes. Commercial purposes include, but are not limited to, using the font in commercial advertising, product packaging, logos, branding, or any other use intended for financial gain.

NO MODIFICATION OR DISTRIBUTION:
You may not modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or create derivative works based on the demo version of the font Hapsha Sophia. Furthermore, you may not distribute, share, sublicense, lease, or transfer the font to any third party.

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY:
The demo version of the font Hapsha Sophia is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Licensor shall not be liable for any damages resulting from the use of the font.
